In this course we’re looking at the second and third stages of the Member Lifecycle: Onboarding & Engagement.
We’ll be looking at creating your onboarding process or improving your existing onboarding, as well as ways to encourage and increase engagement.
Good onboarding and increased engagement make members far more likely to stay!
